To get the best LOOI experience, we recommend using an iPhone 12 or later with iOS 17 or above.
For Android devices, we recommend using Android 12 or above. You can still use LOOI even if your phone doesn't have MagSafe.LOOI comes with a Docking Ring that allows non-MagSafe phones to attach securely.
However, we don't recommend using folding phones.
Currently, LOOI supports English. Additional languages are in development and will be available in future updates.

Additionally, to maintain the functionality of our app and device, we collect some basic information. This includes login registration details and crash reports to ensure optimal device performance.
