1. How to Track Your Order?

2. How Can I Modify My Order After Placing It but Before It Ships?

Once an order is placed, the country, product quantity, category, and color cannot be changed. If you need to modify these details, please cancel the order and place a new one. Due to varying tax rates across states and cities, if the order is paid via credit card or bank transfer, we do not allow customers to change the city, state, or zip code after the order is placed. If the order is paid via PayPal or Affirm, the order details are verified by the payment service provider before payment approval, so changes are not possible.

 

3. How Can I Cancel an Order After Submitting It but Before It Ships?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can log in to your account and cancel it from "My Orders" in our store. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact our customer service team to request a return.

 

Shipping Restrictions and Liability Division

· Delivery Delays

  1. Remote areas may experience delays of 1-2 days.
  2. Delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather, customs inspections, policy changes, etc.) are not the responsibility of the merchant.

· Buyer Responsibilities

  1. Delivery failures due to unilateral address changes after shipment, incorrect address/contact information provided, or unreasonable refusal to accept the package.
  2. Losses due to confiscation of goods resulting from failure to cooperate with customs clearance (e.g., not providing identification or paying taxes) are borne by the buyer.
  3. Customs clearance documents must be submitted within 7 days of receipt; failure to do so will trigger return shipping at the buyer’s expense.

· Special Address Restrictions

  1. Delivery may fail to locations such as schools, workplaces, or gated communities.
  2. Due to logistical and regulatory complexities, we are currently unable to offer shipping services to certain regions, including but not limited to Russia and Belarus.

Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Circumstances)

We shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). These events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural Disasters: Typhoons, floods, earthquakes, fires, storms, or other acts of God.
  • Governmental Actions: Customs inspections (resulting in delays of 3-7 days or more), policy adjustments, tariffs, or system upgrades by border authorities (e.g., U.S. CBP system maintenance).
  • Social & Political Factors: Wars, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, or disruptions in global transportation networks.
  • Logistical Constraints: Peak holiday season congestion, regional traffic controls, flight cancellations, or pandemic-related restrictions.

4. Will Additional Shipping Fees Apply for Repeated Deliveries, Package Refusals, or No-Reason Returns?

Yes. If delivery fails due to the recipient’s fault, the recipient is responsible for additional shipping costs. For orders canceled or packages refused after shipment, return shipping fees will be borne by the recipient and deducted from the refund. For no-reason returns, shipping costs will be paid by the customer and deducted from the refund. Since our products are typically high-value, please inspect the package upon receipt. If the package is damaged or deformed, do not sign for or open it. In such cases, contact our support. Once you (or someone on your behalf) sign for the goods, we consider the package, quantity, and products accepted. To protect your rights, we recommend recording a complete unboxing video and checking the items against the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact our support within 24 hours of receiving the package so we can address the issue immediately.

5. Under What Circumstances Will Our Online Store Unilaterally Cancel an Order?

Our online store sells and ships products only to end users. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license, or resell any products or services obtained from our online store. If we detect any of the following violations before the goods are shipped or received, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the original payment method:
  • The ordered products exceed the purchase limit for a single account with us.
  • A single account does not exceed the purchase limit, but an individual is found to be associated with multiple accounts (via payment account, shipping address, IP address, phone number, or other means), cumulatively violating the purchase limit.
  • We receive a notification from a credit card issuer or PayPal indicating suspected fraudulent activity.
  • We determine that the purchase was made through improper means or that the order was not placed legitimately.
