Return and Refund Service will not be provided in the following cases:
× Requests made after 7 days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving the product.
× Products returned for return and refund service that do not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or have any damage, dents, or scratches.
× Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided, or these documents are reasonably believed to be forged or tampered with.
× Product faults or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
× Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
× Damage to the product caused by malicious human factors, including impact, water immersion, crushing, etc.
× Products not returned to the designated address within 15 days after we confirm the return and refund service.
× Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Return and Refund Instructions
If you wish to apply for a return and refund, please request it within 7 days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving your product.
We will review your return and refund application within 2 working days.
Note: Refund processing may be delayed during promotional periods.
Refund Time
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the payment. The refund process typically takes about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Bundle Deals
For bundle orders containing discounted products, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Separate refunds for individual products within a bundle deal are not permitted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable), unless the refund is due to performance faults.
Replacement Policy

Replacement Service will not be provided in the following cases:
× Requests made after 7 days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving the product.
× Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided, or these documents are reasonably believed to be forged or tampered with.
× Products returned for replacement that do not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or contain items damaged by user error.
× After returning, if we conduct all appropriate tests and find the product to have no defects.
× Product faults or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
× Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
× Damage to the product caused by malicious human factors, including impact, water immersion, crushing, etc.
× Products not returned to the designated address within 15 days after we confirm the replacement.
× Carrier fails to provide proof of damage during transit.

Replacement Instructions
If you wish to replace products, please contact the after-sales team within 7 days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving the products.
Replacement Freight
We will cover the two-way shipping costs for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.
