This TangibleFuture Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") applies to the products and services provided by us and their extended functions, including the LOOI APP, official website, client software, and any new forms that emerge with technological development (hereinafter referred to as "our platform"). If we offer a product or service with a separate privacy policy or user service agreement, that policy or agreement will take precedence. For content not covered by the privacy policy or user service agreement of a specific product or service, this Policy will prevail. If products or services from our affiliates use our products or services without an independent privacy policy, this policy will also apply.

    • “Business contact information,” which includes “a person’s name, job title, business email address or business fax number, and any other similar information not provided solely for personal purposes”;
    • Personal data contained in records older than 100 years;

    1 Collection and Use of Personal Information

    When you use our products/services, we need to collect and use the following personal information:

    1. Registration and Login

    • Email Registration/Log-in: We need your email address and password. To confirm the authenticity of your identity, we will send a verification code to your email.

    • Phone Number Registration/Log-in: You need to provide your phone number. We will verify your identity via a text message verification code and display the corresponding carrier through SIM card information. With your consent, we may use the carrier’s functionality to simplify registration and login without requiring a password or dynamic verification code.

    • Profile Information: After registration, you can choose to provide your nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, region, profile description, and background image. Refusing to provide this information will not affect your use of our platform.

    • Third-Party Accounts: If you log in using third-party accounts (e.g., WeChat, Facebook, Apple, Google), we will collect information from these platforms (such as avatar, nickname, and other authorized information) to facilitate your registration and use of our services.

    1. Purchasing and Activating Products
    • Online Shopping: To ensure safe delivery of products purchased from our official store, we need your name, phone number, address, credit card information (if applicable), invoice title, and tax ID number. If you choose “guest mode,” we also need your email address.
    • Retail Store Shopping: When shopping at physical retail stores, we need your geographic location to match you with the nearest store.
    • Official Store Reviews: If you submit a review on our official store, your username will not be anonymized. If you provide a real name review, we may need to collect your name.
    • Product Activation and Binding: When activating products with the LOOI app, we need to collect your device’s IP address to ensure successful activation and binding.
    1. Marketing Activities
    • Event Participation: If you participate in our events or subscribe to our updates, we will collect your name, phone number or email address, home address, and survey content with your consent. You can unsubscribe using the method at the end of this policy.
      1. Service and Support

      • After-Sales Service: For service requests, we need your location, product serial number, purchase information, issue description, and pickup/return address. For self-service repair, we need your name, phone number, email, return address, product serial number, fault description, and purchase date.
      • Bug Feedback and Suggestions: To contact you regarding feedback, we need details about the issue (e.g., product type, issue type, reproduction steps, probability, recovery) and your name, phone number, or email address.
      • Customer Service: For inquiries via our platform, email, or written form, we need to collect communication records.
        1. Partnership Applications

        • Business Dealer Application: To review your qualifications and contact you, we need your name, position, phone number, email, company information (e.g., name, registration name, address, whether you have a store or website), and cooperation intentions.
        • Brand Ambassador Application: To contact you and match you with suitable promotion activities, we need your name, phone number, email, country/region, company, position, channel through which you learned about the program, and promotional strategy. If payment is required, we will also need your payment details.
        SDK Application: For SDK license applications, we need product information (e.g., model, serial number), user type, name, location, contact information, and reason for the SDK application.
        1. Service Improvement

        • Mobile Device Access: To enhance our services, we may access geographic and device-related information (e.g., device model, ID, OS, resolution, telecom carrier, Android ID).
        • Computer Access: For service improvement, we automatically receive and record information from your browser and computer (e.g., MAC address, GPS address, screen resolution, OS, manufacturer, language, browser version, software name, and version).
        • Uploaded Content: To improve services, we may collect information from shared photos or videos (e.g., date, time, location).
        1. Basic Service Provision and Security

        • Service Logs: We need to collect usage logs and other information generated when you use our products or services.
        • Platform Submission: We need to collect your Wi-Fi status, hardware serial numbers, etc., when you submit information on our platform.
        • Access and Usage: We may read device-related information (e.g., MAC address, browser name/version, language, location, device manufacturer/model, ID, OS, resolution, telecom carrier) when accessing our platform or using our services.
        • Security Enhancement: To enhance security, we may analyze network habits, user behavior data, device information, URL access records, and other relevant data to detect potential risks and record risky URLs.

        3 Use of Personal Information

        We strictly comply with legal regulations and the agreements made with users under this policy. The information collected will be used for the following purposes. If we intend to use your information beyond these purposes, we will provide you with a usage explanation and seek your consent in advance.

        2. Provide users with basic service functions of our platform services, software, and hardware.
        3. Analyze and research collected product logs to enhance our product performance or service quality.
        4. Respond to your queries through your application.
        5. Send you relevant information, such as changes in our service policies, terms, applicable conditions, and policies.
        6. Complete activities or surveys related to our products that you choose to participate in, or promotional and marketing activities.
        7. Facilitate social sharing functions.
        8. Provide personalized services.
        9. Provide you with information about our products and services, or those of our affiliated companies or other third parties, and push information about relevant product and service seminars or interest groups.
        10. Prevent, detect, investigate fraud, security threats, illegal activities, or actions that violate agreements, policies, or rules with us or our affiliates to protect your, other users', or our or our affiliates' legitimate rights and interests.
        11. We may combine personal information from one service with information from other services to provide you with more personalized service usage, such as using, sharing, or disclosing information to meet your needs for a broader social network.
        12. For auditing, developing new products, analyzing usage trends, improving operational efficiency, and promoting purposes.
        13. Other usage scenarios with your consent.
        14. With your consent or opt-in, we may push advertisements you might be interested in based on the aforementioned information, such as information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe by replying to the email or by turning off the "Product Promotion" option in LOOI App settings - Notification Settings.

        4 Additionally, according to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your authorization under the following circumstances:

        1. Related to fulfilling obligations required by laws and regulations.
        2. Directly related to national security and defense security.
        3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests.
        4. Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and enforcement of judgments.
        5. Necessary to maintain the life, property, or other major legitimate rights of the individual or others but difficult to obtain consent.
        6. Personal information disclosed by the individual to the public.
        7. Necessary for the conclusion and performance of contracts required by the individual.
        8. Collected from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosures, etc.
        9. Necessary to maintain the security and stability of the provided products or services, such as identifying and addressing product or service malfunctions.
        10. If the personal information controller is a news organization and necessary for lawful news reporting.
        11. If the personal information controller is an academic research institution, necessary for public interest statistical or academic research, and de-identification is performed when providing external academic research or descriptive results.

        5 Rules for Using Personal Information

        1. We will use the collected personal information for the purposes stated in this policy to achieve our service functions.
        2. After collecting your personal information, we will use technical means to de-identify the information. De-identified information cannot identify the subject. Please understand and agree that information obtained through the aforementioned activities will be considered non-personal information, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations. We may provide our partners with aggregated information on how users use the software and their views, with the information anonymized. To avoid doubt, under this clause, we will only use the information for legitimate purposes, and the aggregated information provided to partners will not point to any specific user. We may also use or share any aggregated or non-identifiable information we collect for legitimate purposes.
        3. Please understand and agree that all personal information you provide while using our products and/or services will be considered as continuously authorized consent for our use unless you delete it or refuse collection through system settings. After you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete your personal information, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
        4. When we need to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this policy, or when personal information collected for specific purposes is used for other purposes, we will seek your explicit consent in advance. Please understand that the products and/or platform services we provide will continue to update and change. If you choose to use other products and/or services not listed in this policy, we will provide detailed information about the purpose, method, and scope of information collection before collecting your personal information through agreements, page prompts, etc., and seek your consent. If you do not agree to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use that product and/or service, but it will not affect your use of existing products and/or services.

        To provide you with a more convenient browsing experience, we may use small data files to identify you when you access our platform or use our services. This helps avoid repeated input of registration information or assists in assessing the security of your account.         Please be aware that information you upload to public areas of our platform (including personal information) may be seen, collected, and used by other visitors. You are responsible for any personal information you choose to upload to these public areas.
        Currently, we only share your personal information with third parties (specific third parties are detailed on the page) when necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in the first section of this policy. We only share personal information necessary for providing products and services and require the companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information to sign strict confidentiality agreements, ensuring they handle the information according to our instructions, this policy, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
        1. Entrusted Processing

        To improve efficiency and reduce costs, we may entrust third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf, such as for storage services or online customer service. We ensure that companies, organizations, and individuals entrusted with processing personal information comply with strict confidentiality obligations and take effective confidentiality measures through written agreements and on-site audits. They can only process your personal information within the agreed scope and not for their own benefit.
        1. Personal Information Transfer

        We do not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except in the following cases:

        • In accordance with relevant agreements or other legal documents;

We will require the new holders of your personal information to continue to abide by this privacy policy, or we will ask them to seek your consent again.

        We only disclose your personal information under the following conditions and only after taking industry-standard security measures:

        1. Third-Party Plugins/SDK Integration

        To provide and optimize our products and/or services, our platform integrates third-party plugins/SDKs. These third-party plugins/SDKs may collect your personal information while working with us to provide more comprehensive services. We will take necessary measures to control the collection and use of your personal information by these third-party plugins/SDKs, ensuring your information is effectively protected

        Ⅳ. How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information

        1 Storage Duration

        We will only store your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with legal, regulatory, and supervisory requirements, unless otherwise mandated by law.
        If we terminate our services or operations, we will promptly cease the collection of your personal information and notify you in advance as required by relevant laws and regulations. After terminating our services or operations, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where otherwise specified by laws or regulations.

        2 Storage Security

        We have implemented industry-standard, reasonable, and feasible security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. The following measures are in place to ensure the security of your data:
        1. Utilizing encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information, with data exchanged between your browser and server protected by SSL protocol, and providing HTTPS protocol for secure browsing.
        2. Employing trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal information.
        3. Deploying access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.
        4. Conducting security and privacy protection training to enhance employee awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
        5. Establishing dedicated data compliance management systems, processes, and organizations to safeguard information security. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who can access information, require them to adhere to confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits.
        We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that we do not collect irrelevant personal information. We will only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless otherwise required by laws or regulations applicable to your location.
        The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or managerial protection facilities are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information that harms your legal rights, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will notify you in accordance with the laws and regulations of your location: the basic situation and potential impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for self-protection and risk reduction, and the remedies available to you. We will inform you of the incident via email, letter, phone, push notifications, etc. If it is difficult to inform each individual personally, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue a public notice. Additionally, we will report the handling of personal information security incidents and fulfill other obligations required by regulatory authorities.

        In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee that you have the following rights regarding your personal information. However, please note that if the relevant personal information you request has exceeded the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy or has been deleted, we may not be able to respond to your personal information rights request. The rights you can exercise regarding your personal information include:

        You have the right to access your personal information as required by laws and regulations. If you wish to access and edit your personal information in your account, you can log in to your account on our website or app to access your profile, change your password, change your email, and perform other related operations.

        2 Correction of Personal Information

        If you find errors in the handling of your personal information, you have the right to request corrections. You can contact us at any time through the contact information provided on our website or app, or by sending an email to service@tangiblefuturelab.com

        3 Deletion of Personal Information

        You can request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations:
        • Our collection and use of personal information violate laws and regulations.
        • Our handling of personal information violates our agreements with you.
        • We collected or processed your personal information without your consent.
        • You no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account.
        • We no longer provide products or services to you.
        If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify any entities that obtained your personal information from us (if any) to request their prompt deletion, unless required by laws and regulations or if these entities have obtained your independent authorization. When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but we will remove such information when the backup is updated.

        4 Account Cancellation

        You can cancel your previously registered account through the methods specified on our platform or by contacting customer service. When you contact our customer service to cancel, we will complete your request within 15 working days. After canceling the account, we will stop providing products or services to you and, upon your request, delete your personal information, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

        5 Data Portability

        You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. You can contact our customer service at any time, and we will respond to your request within 15 working days. Subject to technological feasibility, such as data interface compatibility, we may also transfer a copy of your personal information directly to a third party you designate.

        6 Restriction of Automated Decision-Making

        In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on automated systems, algorithms, and other non-human mechanisms. If these decisions significantly affect your legal rights, you have the right to request an explanation, and we will provide appropriate remedies.

For reasonable requests, we generally will not charge any fees, but for repetitive or excessive requests, we may charge reasonable costs. We may refuse requests that are groundless, require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to others' legal rights, or are impractical (such as information stored on backup tapes).
        In the following situations, we may be unable to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:
        • Directly related to national security or defense.
        • Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests.
        • Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.
        • Sufficient evidence indicates that you have subjective malice or are abusing your rights.
        • Responding to your request would result in significant harm to your or other individuals' or organizations' legal rights.
        • Involving trade secrets.
        If we respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that obtained your personal information from us to request their prompt deletion, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or if these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
        *If you are a resident of Hong Kong, we will generally respond to your access request within 40 days of receipt, unless:
        • The request is not made in writing in Chinese or English.
        • You have not provided reasonable information necessary to respond to the request.
        • If you are a resident of Hong Kong, we will generally respond to your correction request within 40 days of receipt, unless:
        • We cannot verify your identity.
        • The request is not made in writing in Chinese or English.
        • We cannot determine if the correction request is accurate or are certain that the correction request is inaccurate.

        Ⅵ. How Your Personal Information is Transferred Globally

        Currently, we use Alibaba Cloud Database (Hong Kong node) to store your personal information. This means that your personal information may be transferred to or accessed from countries or regions outside your residence. These countries or regions may have different regulations regarding personal information protection, or may not have any such regulations. In such cases, we will strive to ensure that your personal information is sufficiently protected in accordance with this policy. We will strictly comply with the laws and regulations of your location and the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities, fulfill obligations as prescribed by laws and regulations, such as informing you of the purpose of the cross-border transfer and the types of personal information involved, and use effective measures such as signing agreements and on-site inspections to require foreign entities to keep your personal information confidential.

        Ⅶ. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

        We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Minors may not create an account on our platform or send us their name, address, phone number, email address, or other personal information unless allowed by local law and consented to by their guardian. For personal information of minors collected with guardian consent, we use or disclose such information only as permitted by law, with guardian consent, or as necessary to protect minors.
        If we discover that we have collected personal information from minors without guardian consent, we will promptly delete the relevant data upon awareness. If you believe we may be improperly holding personal information from or about minors, please contact us.

        Ⅷ. Direct Marketing and "Do Not Track" Signals

        We do not track users across different websites at different times for targeted advertising purposes, and thus do not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. However, some third-party websites may track your browsing activities to tailor the content they provide to you.         Ⅹ. Special Regulations for Singapore Residents: Do Not Call

        If you are a Singapore resident, you have the right under the Do Not Call regime to opt out of receiving business electronic messages. You can submit a request to the Personal Data Protection Commission to register your phone number in the Do Not Call registry, preventing us from sending business electronic messages to your number. You can also remove your number from the registry.

        To provide you with better service and as our business evolves, this policy will be updated accordingly. However, we will not reduce your rights under this policy without your consent. We will update the policy version on our website and mobile platforms and notify you of the updates in advance through appropriate methods.         For significant changes, we will provide more prominent notifications (including but not limited to special notices on the browsing page to specify the changes in the privacy policy).
