1. Who We Are and the Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy is issued by TangibleFuture Inc. (referred to as “TangibleFuture,” “LOOI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use:

 the LOOI mobile application;

 LOOI devices and related features;

 our official websites that link to this Privacy Policy; and

 related software, online stores, customer support, and other services that we provide.

Together, these are referred to as the “Services.”

TangibleFuture Inc. is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy. If you have a privacy, account, order, or customer service question, please contact us at service@looirobot.com.

Certain features or services may be subject to a supplemental privacy notice. That supplemental notice will apply to the relevant feature. Any matter not specifically addressed in the supplemental notice will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of the Services does not mean that you consent to every personal information processing activity described in this Privacy Policy. Where a processing activity requires your consent, we will request it separately and provide a way for you to withdraw it.

2. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the Services and features you use.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We may collect:

 Account and authentication information: Email address, telephone number, verification codes, login credentials, and information provided by a third-party login service such as Apple, Google, Facebook, or WeChat when you choose to use that service. We use appropriate technical measures to protect passwords and do not store them in directly readable form.

 Account and profile information: First and last name, email address, telephone number, saved addresses, marketing preferences, and optional information such as a nickname or profile image that you choose to provide through LOOI features.

 Order and delivery information: Contact email, first and last name, telephone number, country or region, state or province, city, postal code, street address, optional apartment or unit information, shipping and billing addresses, order details, discounts, delivery method, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Complete payment card numbers and digital wallet credentials are processed by your selected payment service provider and are not stored by us.

 Product setup and support information: Product model, serial number, purchase date, activation and binding information, fault descriptions, repair details, pickup or return address, and communications with our customer support team.

 Content and communications: Messages, feedback, survey responses, product reviews, photographs, videos, audio, or other content that you choose to submit through the Services.

 Promotion and event information: When you voluntarily participate in an event, survey, subscription, or promotion, contact information, delivery address, responses, and other information needed to administer it.

 Business relationship information: Names, job titles, companies, business contact details, application materials, partnership interests, and, where necessary, payment information for distributors, brand ambassadors, developers, or other partnership programs.

Where information is optional, declining to provide it will not affect Service features that do not depend on that information.

2.2 Website and Online Store Information

When you visit our official website or an online store powered by Shopify, we and service providers that support the operation of the website may collect:

 IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language, time zone, screen size, and approximate location inferred from the IP address;

 pages viewed, referring pages or marketing campaigns, interactions, shopping cart activity, checkout events, and similar usage information;

 information collected through cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies;

 first and last name, email address, telephone number, saved addresses, and marketing preferences provided when you create or use a store account; and

 checkout and order information, including contact email, telephone number, country or region, state or province, city, postal code, street address, optional apartment or unit information, shipping and billing addresses, selected payment method, order details, discounts, delivery method, payment status, and transaction identifiers.

Our online store and checkout process are provided by Shopify. Payment information is processed through Shopify’s checkout system and your selected payment service provider. Available methods may include payment processors and card networks that support Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, and other cards displayed at checkout, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, and Klarna. We receive only the information needed to complete your order and provide after-sales support. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number or digital wallet credentials.

2.3 LOOI App and Device Information

When you install or use the LOOI App, connect a LOOI device, or use connected features, we may collect:

 mobile phone or tablet device type, manufacturer, model, operating system, App version, language, time zone, screen resolution, and similar device information;

 IP address, network type, carrier, and approximate location inferred from the IP address;

 device identifiers or App identifiers permitted by the operating system;

 LOOI product model, serial number or other product identifiers, activation and binding status, connection status, and diagnostic information;

 Bluetooth, local network, and permission status needed to establish a connection or troubleshoot connection issues;

 App and device usage records, interaction events, crash reports, performance information, and security logs; and

 content or sensor input that you actively provide when using a feature, as further described when the relevant permission is requested.

Simply visiting our website does not give the website access to mobile App permissions or LOOI device diagnostic information. The App and device collect only identifiers and diagnostic information that are reasonably necessary to provide disclosed features, maintain security, and troubleshoot issues, and only to the extent permitted by operating system controls and applicable law.

2.4 Voice Input, Conversation History, and LOOI “Memory”

When you use LOOI’s voice and AI interaction features, relevant information is processed as follows:

 Raw voice input: When you interact with LOOI by voice, the raw voice input is securely transmitted to our contracted cloud AI service provider, which processes it directly to generate the response you request. After the relevant processing is completed, we do not store the raw voice input in a cloud database controlled by LOOI. To provide and secure the Services, the service provider may temporarily process or retain limited information to the extent permitted by our contractual restrictions and applicable law.

 Conversation history and LOOI “Memory”: Conversation history and LOOI “Memory” are processed as an integrated memory system and stored in our cloud environment in association with the relevant account. When generating a response, relevant memory information may be transmitted together with the current voice input to our contracted cloud AI service provider for direct processing. The system includes information needed to support continuous interactions, such as user preferences, preferred forms of address, important interactions, and interaction habits. Similar to human memory, less important information gradually fades, while important information is retained until you actively delete the relevant memory or close your account. The system does not store complete raw voice recordings, complete photographs, or complete videos.

We do not use voice input or the integrated conversation history and LOOI “Memory” to train our general-purpose AI models or to create advertising profiles. We require our contracted service providers to process this information only to provide, secure, and support the Services requested by users, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Users may use features available in the App to delete some or all conversation history and LOOI “Memory.” Users may also contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of, or cessation of use of relevant information, subject to exceptions under applicable law.

When an account is deleted, we delete personal information associated with that account, including the integrated conversation history and LOOI “Memory,” except for limited retention required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or removal from protected backups.

2.5 Deep Visual Understanding

The LOOI App provides an optional “Deep Visual Understanding” setting.

 When the setting is off, no image is uploaded to the cloud for visual understanding.

 When a user actively enables the feature after receiving the necessary notice and providing consent, relevant single-frame images may be uploaded to our contracted cloud AI service provider for recognition and understanding. Video files are not uploaded.

 Uploaded images are used only to provide the visual understanding result requested by the user. After processing is completed, we do not store the images in a cloud database controlled by LOOI. To provide and secure the Services, the service provider may temporarily process or retain limited information to the extent permitted by our contractual restrictions and applicable law.

 Users may turn off the feature at any time to stop future uploads.

We do not use visual content processed through this feature to train our general-purpose AI models or to create advertising profiles. We require our contracted service providers to process this information only to provide, secure, and support the Services requested by users, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2.6 Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

 third-party login providers that you choose to use when connecting an account;

 payment, logistics, retail, repair, and customer support service providers involved in fulfilling your request;

 marketing or event partners where you have authorized disclosure;

 fraud prevention, security, and data analytics providers, where permitted by applicable law; and

 contracted cloud AI service providers that directly process voice input, relevant conversation history and LOOI “Memory,” and, when Deep Visual Understanding is enabled, single-frame images, to provide features requested by users.

We use information obtained from third parties only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for the purposes disclosed to you when the third party collected the information.

2.7 Sensitive Personal Information

Depending on the features you use and applicable local law, precise location, payment information, account credentials, and certain photographs, videos, or audio may be considered sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only to provide requested features, protect security, comply with legal obligations, or for other purposes permitted by law. Where required by law, we will obtain separate consent or provide additional controls.

3. Device Permissions

This section applies when you install or use the LOOI App and connect or operate a LOOI device. It does not apply when you only browse the website or purchase a product through the website. Purchasing LOOI does not automatically grant us these permissions. We request a permission only when it is necessary for a feature you use. You may decline a permission or later withdraw it in your mobile phone or tablet settings, although the relevant feature may then be unavailable.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

1. create, verify, maintain, and protect accounts;

2. provide device setup, activation, connection, and other features requested by users;

3. process voice requests, generate AI responses, and provide the integrated conversation history and LOOI “Memory” as described in Section 2.4;

4. provide cloud-based Deep Visual Understanding as described in Section 2.5, only when the optional setting is enabled;

5. process orders, payments, deliveries, returns, repairs, and customer support;

6. diagnose issues, maintain Service reliability, and improve performance;

7. detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms of service;

8. send service notices, security alerts, and important policy updates;

9. administer surveys, events, promotions, and partnership applications;

10. provide personalized services where permitted by law and consistent with user settings;

11. send marketing communications where we have obtained any required permission and provide opt-out options; and

12. comply with law, exercise legal rights, and respond to valid legal requests.

We do not use voice input, the integrated conversation history and LOOI “Memory,” or images submitted for Deep Visual Understanding to train our general-purpose AI models or to create advertising profiles. We require our contracted service providers to process this information only to provide, secure, and support the Services requested by users, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:

 Performance of a contract: Processing is necessary to provide the Services you request.

 Consent: You make a voluntary and informed choice.

 Legitimate interests: For example, protecting and improving the Services, provided that those interests do not override your rights.

 Legal obligation: Processing is required by applicable law.

If we plan to use personal information for a materially different purpose, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by law.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies, software development kits, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies may process identifiers, IP addresses, device or browser information, usage events, preferences, and approximate location.

We may use:

 Strictly necessary technologies: To operate the website, maintain sessions, prevent fraud, and provide features requested by users.

 Preference technologies: To remember language, region, currency, and other settings.

 Analytics technologies: To understand use of the Services and improve performance.

 Advertising technologies: Only where actually used and permitted by law, to measure marketing campaigns or provide relevant advertising.

Where required by law, we obtain consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage available choices through our cookie settings and your browser or device settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect some features, but it will not prevent you from using features that do not depend on those technologies.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information only to the following recipients and only to the extent reasonably necessary:

 Service providers: Cloud services, payment, logistics, repair, communications, customer support, data analytics, security, and other vendors that process information on our behalf.

 Login and platform providers: When you actively select a third-party login or platform integration feature.

 Affiliates: Where necessary to operate the Services and subject to appropriate access controls and legal safeguards.

 Business partners: Where necessary to provide a feature, event, promotion, or partnership program that you request or authorize.

 Legal and safety-related recipients: Courts, regulators, law enforcement authorities, or other relevant parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, personal safety, or system security.

 Transaction participants: In connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice measures.

We require service providers that process information on our behalf to use it only for agreed purposes and to implement appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may use data analytics and marketing technologies as described in Section 5. If applicable law treats a particular activity as a sale or sharing of personal information, we will provide the notice and choices required by law.

Information you choose to publish in a public area may be visible to others. Before you publish it, we will explain whether the relevant content will be public and provide available controls.

7. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Services use third-party platforms, website tags, software development kits (“SDKs”), and integrated services. A “third-party service” is another company that helps us operate a feature, such as Shopify operating our online store or PayPal processing a payment. An “SDK” is a software component embedded in an App to provide features such as login, sharing, analytics, crash reporting, or notifications. Pixels and tags on websites perform similar functions.

Depending on the features you use, relevant service providers include:

 Shopify: Online store, customer accounts, checkout, and order processing.

 Payment card processors and card networks: Payment card transactions, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, and other cards displayed at checkout.

 PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, and Klarna: The corresponding payment method when displayed at checkout.

 Cloud hosting and database providers: Operation and protection of the LOOI App and related Services.

 Contracted cloud AI service providers: Direct processing of voice input and relevant conversation history and LOOI “Memory,” as well as single-frame images when the relevant feature is enabled, to provide AI features requested by users.

 Other operational service providers: Login, analytics, communications, customer support, security, logistics, repair, or marketing services when the relevant feature is used.

Where required by law, we will provide or link to a current list of third-party services and SDKs. For each provider, the list will identify:

 the provider name and the service or SDK name;

 the function and circumstances in which it is activated;

 the categories of personal information processed;

 the provider’s privacy policy; and

 the location of processing, where relevant.

Where a third party processes information as an independent entity, its own privacy policy applies to its website and services. We recommend that you read the applicable privacy policy before using that third-party service.

8. Retention of Personal Information

This section applies to personal information generated through our official website and Shopify store, the LOOI App and devices, customer support, and other Services. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

For AI interaction data:

 raw voice input is transmitted to our contracted cloud AI service provider for direct processing but, after the relevant processing is completed, is not stored in a cloud database controlled by LOOI; the service provider may temporarily process or retain limited information as described in Section 2.4;

 conversation history and LOOI “Memory” are stored as an integrated memory system in our cloud environment in association with the account; when generating a response, relevant memory information may be processed directly by our contracted cloud AI service provider together with the current voice input; less important information gradually fades, while important information is retained until the user actively deletes the relevant memory or closes the account; and

 single-frame images uploaded through Deep Visual Understanding are not stored in a cloud database controlled by LOOI after recognition is completed; the service provider may temporarily process or retain limited information as described in Section 2.5; the feature does not upload video files.

When an account is deleted, the integrated conversation history and LOOI “Memory” and other personal information associated with the account are deleted, except for limited retention required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.

Retention periods depend on:

 how long you maintain an account or continue to use the relevant Services;

 the time needed to complete an order, repair, support request, or promotion;

 applicable limitation periods and mandatory recordkeeping requirements;

 security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution needs; and

 the time needed to securely remove information from active systems and backups.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it so that it can no longer reasonably identify an individual. If de-identified information can still be linked back to an individual, we continue to protect it as personal information where required by law.

9. How We Protect Personal Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, logging, vulnerability management, employee training, vendor review, and security incident response procedures.

No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will investigate, take appropriate remedial measures, and notify affected individuals and regulators where required by applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

Because we provide Services in different regions and use service providers located in different places, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries or regions outside your place of residence. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.

Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as contractual protections, transfer impact assessments, consent, regulatory filings or approvals, or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law. You may contact us for more information about safeguards applicable to your personal information.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

 request access to or a copy of personal information we hold;

 correct inaccurate or incomplete information;

 request deletion of information;

 withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

 object to or restrict certain processing activities;

 request data portability;

 opt out of direct marketing or certain targeted advertising;

 limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;

 obtain information about automated decision-making and challenge certain decisions; and

 lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection authority.

You can update account information and communication settings that are editable in the App or website. You may also submit a request using the contact information in Section 15.

Before completing a request, we may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason where required by law and provide any available appeal or complaint process.

Closing Your Account

You may request account closure through any available account settings or by contacting customer support. After closure, we delete or anonymize relevant personal information, except for information that applicable law requires or permits us to retain. Relevant information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten in accordance with our retention procedures.

12. Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. You may also adjust push notification preferences through the LOOI App or device settings. Service and security notices are not marketing communications, and we may continue to send them while you maintain an account or continue to use connected Services.

13. Regional Rights

Privacy rights and requirements differ among countries and regions. We process requests to access, correct, or delete personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain marketing or disclosures; or lodge a complaint with a regulator in accordance with the laws applicable where you live. You may submit a request using the email address in Section 15.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, or applicable law. We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law. If a change materially affects how we process personal information, we will provide prominent notice and obtain consent where required by law.

Where required by law or reasonably practicable, we will make prior versions available.
